The hotel's location was great, making it easy to explore and enjoy Matsuyama's views. The rooms were clean, spacious, and comfortable, exceeding our expectations. We also appreciated the extra amenities and small touches, such as the take-out breakfast option and sewing kit provided. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like the crowded breakfast area and limited parking space, overall I would highly recommend this hotel for a pleasant stay in Matsuyama.

Had a great Xmas stay with helpful and friendly staff, convenient location near shops and restaurants. The comfortable room was adequately spacious, well-maintained, and offered regular amenities. Breakfast was tasty and varied, with vegetarian meal options available.
The hotel WiFi was not working well, making it almost impossible to work or keep in touch with loved ones online. There was also no family room, and we had to book two separate rooms, making it less convenient for families traveling with young kids.

During my Christmas holiday, I had an amazing experience staying in this hotel. The room was cozy and perfectly maintained. I especially loved the spacious and clean bathroom, which exceeded my expectations. the breakfast was delicious, offering a great variety of options. The location of the hotel was ideal, centrally located and with easy access to shops, restaurants and public transport.
The limited parking options, which were somewhat stressful for our group as we had rented a car. However, we found a nearby parking spot and managed just fine.
